Meet Alena, a distinguished football coach with a remarkable journey through the ranks of professional football. Drawing from her experience at the first-team level with Stoke City and Nottingham Forest, Alena brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the pitch.
Alena’s coaching philosophy is a blend of technical precision, tactical acumen, and a genuine passion for the beautiful game. Her role extends beyond the field, encompassing inspiring leadership talks, position-specific training, and insights into the professional pathways of emerging talents.
Our girls play competitive football in the Girls Super League on a Sunday and the Herts Girls league on a Saturday.
We have multiple training sessions available for girls throughout the week which allows for maximum development.
We are currently are welcoming players from U9 to 13.

The girls follow the same syllabus as the boys and adhere to the same level of training.
Getting rid of fear and anxiety in our girls have allowed them to be brave in training and in matches.

Learn how to play without fear. We will grow your child's confidence to allow for full expression on the pitch. This is for all players including players who feel they need more time to develop before joining our JPL Advanced groups.
