We take pride in our unique environment. Its amazing to see what our players are capable of given the freedom .
The FA have rules and regulations that parents in grassroots football tend to not follow.
At CSR Academy we have set our own rules and regulations and have an amazing environment because of it. We have a zero tolerance standpoint on negative behaviour on the sidelines by parents.This allows our players to relax on the ball.
We love passionate parents, but telling a child when to shoot or pass is not productive. It actually stunts the development. This is why it is banned.
In order for us to truly build confident , high esteemed and resilient young people we need them first to be able to make their own choices and take accountability for them.
Racism, sexism or any other “ism” doesn’t have a home at CSR Academy.
